What sets LOGIKA apart from BUSINESS consultants?

Every LOGIKA employee is a knowledgeable & experienced industrial manager. This enables us to find practical, value-adding solutions and to safely lead demanding projects to success.


LOGIKA stands for tailor-made solution concepts and their reliable implementation. The practical experience and project expertise of each of our partners and managers forms the basis for this – they have already successfully solved similar tasks several times in their professional lives and project assignments.

How big is LOGIKA?

LOGIKA currently has 6 partners. Each individual project is in the responsibilty of one of the partners. We recruit our managers based on requirements from a group of around 100 freelance colleagues who we know from one of our 1,400 projects to date.

Who owns LOGIKA?

LOGIKA is a community of industrial managers with extensive management experience and a shared mission statement. We are independent – the shares belong exclusively to the company’s active partners.

Where does LOGIKA operate?

LOGIKA works worldwide for its clients.

What are the selection criteria for LOGIKA projects?

Based on the project requirements, the responsible LOGIKA partner defines requirement profiles for the freelance colleagues being deployed. The profiles typically contain technical and management requirements, assignment framework, language requirements, etc.

How does LOGIKA solve the tasks?

What does LOGIKA do when there is an immediate need for action in a crisis?

As a first step, LOGIKA conducts targeted interviews along the value chain in order to quickly identify the weak points. At the same time, immediate measures are initiated to stabilize the crisis situation. This also includes the introduction of methods and measures that have already been successfully employed in other LOGIKA projects. This way we ensure that the crisis situation is resolved quickly.

How does LOGIKA ensure that the problem is consistently resolved?

LOGIKA stands for implementation strength, i.e. we assume responsibility and support the operational business. We do not point out the problems, but rather find solutions and develop corrective measures in the event of deviations. Continuous monitoring and control guarantee full transparency.

Can I work for LOGIKA?

LOGIKA is continuously expanding its pool of freelance colleagues. We welcome unsolicited applications from experienced industry managers with the following profile:
– Interest in working together on a freelance basis
– Industrial career with at least 10 years of management experience
– Ability and willingness to work as part of a team in challenging situations
– Ability to independently manage (sub-)projects at C-level, or willingness to develop this with support
